Libi’s expertise spans corporate communications, marketing, strategic partnerships, executive engagement, reputation management, and the development and execution of high-impact initiatives.
Throughout her career she has worked at the intersection of business strategy, communications and relationship development, advising senior executives, collaborating with Fortune 1000 companies, and bringing together diverse stakeholders to advance shared objectives. She is recognized for her ability to quickly assess organizational needs, connect the right people and resources, develop tailored solutions, and lead complex initiatives from concept through execution.
The Executive Leadership Council, Discovery and CEB
Most recently, Libi served as Vice President and Chief Communications & Marketing Officer of The Executive Leadership Council (ELC), where she spent more than a decade as a member of the senior leadership team and a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board. She led organization-wide communications, marketing, brand strategy and executive engagement while overseeing high-profile initiatives, corporate relationships, thought leadership programs and signature events. Her leadership helped elevate organizational visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement and advance strategic initiatives with national and international reach.
Previously, Libi held leadership roles at Discovery Communications and at CEB, later acquired by Gartner, as well as positions spanning public relations, business development and experiential marketing. Her experience includes creating customized partnership opportunities, developing executive-level programs, managing cross-functional teams and agency partners, and delivering sophisticated initiatives for some of the world’s most recognized brands and business leaders.
